We charge an affordable, flat rate and favorable payment terms that extend from 3-6 months.

In return, we require an exclusive contract.  You get our full attention as we dedicate ourselves to finding you the right candidate.

A Solid Guarantee

When one of our recruits begins working for your company, our responsibility doesn’t end.  Redbucket Recruiting will follow up at 30, 60 and 90 day intervals to ensure the employee is performing to your satisfaction.  We’ll also speak with that employee to make sure there are no issues.

Every placement we complete comes with a four-month guarantee.  If a recruit should leave your company at any time for any reason within the first four months, we will replace that individual at no cost to you.
